The French from Bongrain are associates with Delaco - March 24th 2010
Delaco, one of the main competitors on the internal cheeses market has sold part of the shares to Bongrain Company, which is present on the Romanian market with Apetito and Caprice de Dieux brands.
"By purchase of share capital, Bongrain will become part of Delaco's shareholders. Thus, the international expertise of Bongraing group will add to the experience and market position obtained by Delaco on the Romanian market" is mentioned in a press-release of Delaco. Contacted by Adevarul, the representatives of Delaco have communicated neither the amount of shares sold to Bongrain nor the value of the transaction. Delaco has outsourced its production in Germany, Austria and The Netherlands.
