Ordinance HG 1266 - September 26th, 2006
On September 13th The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs issued Ordinance HG 1266
which is modifying Government Decision 1853.2005 which is related to he subsidies that are given to physical persons or
companies that have production animals included in the Agricultural Register.
In short, farmers can obtain :
 700 Lei/head of young male bulls, minimum weight
450 kg sold to authorized slaughter
 houses or
authorized processing companies
Annual bonus per head of fed cow ranging
from 75 lei/head to 400 lei/head based on
milk
delivery tot milk processing companies
Quality bonus : Monthly bonus of 0,3 lei/liter
for milk delivered for processing or to
milk collection
centers with quality according to EU (germs <=100.000,
somatic
cells<=400.000)
Quality bonus : Monthly bonus of 0,15 lei/liter for
milk delivered for processing or to
milk collection
centers with quality according to Order 1106/2003 (germs <=1.000.000,
somatic
cells<=600.000)
The processing units communicate monthly to the county offices of the Payment Agency the documents that confirm the milk quantities delivered
and the quality parameters as well as the payment for them.
