Workshop on Council of Milk - June 28th, 2006
The Dutch Romanian bilateral project "Quality control of raw milk" organised a one-day workshop regarding the
Council of Milk on June 22nd 2006, in Bucharest.
The workshop was attended by 25 representatives of farmers, milk processing companies, Ministry of Agriculture,
Veterinary Service and other institutions.
The agenda of the workshop comprised the following main topics, i.e.:
 Introduction of the Council of Milk
Introduction of the Dutch Council of Milk (Productschap Zuivel)
Assessment of current status of the Romanian Council of Milk
Action plan
Mr. Rob Oost, a key expert from the Netherlands offer several presentations on the Dutch system.
