Law on individual milk quota allocation - July 12th, 2006
Decision no. 852 published on June 28th, 2006 concerns the approval of the Methodology for the individual milk quota allocation,
as well as the allocation and re-establishment of the National milk reserve.
By April 1st, 2007 the marketing of milk, meaning the milk or milk products delivery or direct sale can only be done by quota
holders within the limit of the available reference quantities.
