German-Romanian Milk Sector Workshop - June 30th, 2008
A two-day workshop on important steps and measures to improve raw milk quality and quality monitoring systems to achieve EU requirements in Romania was organised by the German-Romanian project in cooperation with ANSVSA and MARD.
At this workshop 42 experts from Romania, Germany and The Netherlands participated and draw conclusions on the current and desired situation on topics such as ring tests, sampling, sample transportation, laboratory analysis and DHI reporting. The workshop was regarded to be very effective and successful in formulation the desired steps to meet EU requirements.
